Oopsies, I almost forgot!!

Wow, have I been scatter-brained!! I made these desktop calendars using Temptation a couple of weeks ago, but I totally forgot about them! But as my teachers always told me (regarding my homework lol) "better late than never"!

I hope you still have some use for them, next month I promise to try to remember to post desktop calendars earlier than the last day of the month lol!

Sorry, I've been a very bad blogger =( Life around here has been very hectic this past week. My fiance was laid off of work in September, and has only been able to find part time work so far. Well our savings has pretty much been depleted now and I've been running around trying to sort out what help we can get as well as counting out the change out of "the jar".

But enough about my troubles, one of my CT gals, Jana, has made a couple of gorgeous quick page freebies up for you using my kit, Cherished Memories!!

Brotherly Love and a CT Call

I had some time to play around today and I had this sweet picture of my older son, Ezra kissing his little brother when he was a week and a half old that I wanted to scrap. This is what I came up with...

I used my Valentine's Day kit, Temptation at that is available at the boutique at DigitalArts-cafe, and used the font Pea Jamie*B*

Ezra is such a sweet big brother, always making sure that Wyatt has everything that he needs and loves to make him laugh! I'm so lucky to have two gorgeous, sweet little boys!

Temptation QP and a CT Call!

Since I now have a shop it's time for a creative team call! I'm looking for a few fun ladies (you guys are welcome too) to join my creative team.

The requirements are easy, to get all of my kits free, just:

- Blog about new releases (if you don't have a blog I will be happy to help you set one up)

- With each kit -
- Make 3 layouts
- Post your layouts to 3 galleries (DigiShopTalk, DigitalArts-cafe and a gallery of your choice)
- Create one freebie to offer on your blog (desktop calendar, quick page, bragbook page, etc)

- No deadlines, once you've made and posted your layouts and freebie you can get the next kit.

Valentine's Day is fast approaching us, and you know what that means, right? Time to show those loved ones of ours how much we care about them! I have a new kit out in my shop at DigitalArts-cafe, called Temptation that embraces the more passionate and seductive side of Valentine's with it's blacks and reds. Grab yourself a bargain, until the 19th of January you can save 20% on the kit.

I have also made a black alpha with silver glitter that coordinates with the kit, but because black and silver can be used with every color combination imaginable it is the perfect alpha to add to your scrapbooking stash.

There's a new template challenge going on over at DigitalArts-cafe, hosted by one of my fellow designers, Mozz (For Ever More Creations).

There are two parts to the challenge... the first is to create your own CD-sized template using the shapes provided by the 11th of January and offer it as a freebie. You can download the shapes and find the complete rules at the forum here.

Once you have made your template post a link to where it can be downloaded at the forum here.

On January 12th, "The Chosen One" will be posted and the second part of the challenge begins, where you use the chosen template to create a LO. There is a really cute posting bonus as well if you use at least 50% of your items from DigitalArts-cafe designers.

So here is my contribution for the first part of the challenge, in a layered .psd =)

Exciting News!!

Well it's a new year, and with the new year I decided to make a new blog. From now on I'll be adding the links to any new freebies on this blog, but I will keep the old blog up if anyone wants the freebies from there.
